About

The Jackson Parish Museum & Fine Arts Association, located in Jonesboro, Louisiana, serves the citizens of our area by preserving the history of Jackson Parish and the Jimmie Davis legacy, through the collection and exhibition of local artifacts, Davis memorabilia, and fine art pieces by Louisiana artists.

The museum also serves as a facility for teaching arts, crafts, and skills pertaining to the history of the parish, with rental opportunities available for fine art and social events.

Each year, the JPMFAA enhances the community by providing exhibits, programs and performances in all of the artistic fields. Local and tourist involvement are encouraged; plan your visit to the Sunshine Parish today!
